If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. In the case of a partial cancellation, dhaka bazi's decision is final.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and bets are placed at those odds, dhaka bazi reserves the right to void those bets.

The maximum bet amount per event is determined by the game. VIP members enjoy higher limits.

4. Payments & Transactions

5.3

6. Prohibited Activities

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Whether the balance of a permanently closed account is refunded depends on the reason for closure. In cases of bonus abuse, any bonus-related balance will be forfeited.

7.3

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned upon closure.

8. Responsible Gaming
